KRAV FIGHTER offers five weekly Krav Maga & Self Defence classes that are open to all members. Krav Maga classes are our main focus. Our Krav Maga follows the training principles of the renowned experts Prof. ITAY GIL, founder and CEO of Protect Israeli Security Solutions, and LIOR OFFENBACH, founder and Chief Instructor of Combat Krav Maga International.
There are three Krav Maga classes all members can attend every week, plus the Instructor Training session that is open only to intermediate and advanced students.
In addition to Krav Maga classes, we have an unique offering compared to other Krav Maga schools: a Combat Striking class on Wednesdays and Combat Grappling class on Saturdays. Both classes are open to all members. By training in Combat Striking classes members develop their skills in common strikes like punches, kicks, elbows and knees, as well as strikes to the eye and groin that are prohibited in combat sports, basic standup grappling and takedowns.
Combat Grappling classes help members develop their skills in wrestling, grappling and bjj techniques and tactics, and application to the realistic self defence.
The focus of all our classes is building practical self defence and protection skills that work in stressful real-life situations.
